NIGERIA’S Super Falconets defeated Benin Republic by three goals in the second semi-final of the WAFU B U20 Women Championship in Kumasi, Ghana, on Wednesday, May 31.
With that victory, Nigeria has qualified for the final match to be decided on Saturday, May 4, 2023 at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Nigeria’s Chinyere Kalu was selected as Most Valuable Player of the Match.
In another encounter, host, Ghana, in the first semi final match, beat Burkina Faso’s Dames 3-1 to reach Saturday’s final.
