*‘Could Only Speak For Himself, Had No Mandate To Commit Entire Southeast’
ABIA State Governor, Alex Otti, has rejected claims by his Imo State counterpart and Chairman of the Southeast Governors’ Forum, Hope Uzodimma, that all the five governors in the zone have agreed to support President Bola Tinubu’s term bid in next year’s general elections.
Speaking during his monthly media chat, Otti said Uzodimma could only speak for himself and had no mandate to commit the entire Southeast or its governors to any political endorsement.
