Nnamani Listed In APC, PDP Campaign Councils
THE senator representing the Enugu East senatorial district in the National Assembly, Senator Chimaroke Nnamani, has been listed as member of presidential campaign councils of both the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The former governor of Enugu State was listed in APC’s presidential campaign council to mobilise voters for its candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, in his district.
His inclusion initially elicited reactions from party stakeholders, who thought it must have been in error, but a statement on Monday in Abuja by the council’s Director Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga, clarified that Nnamani’s inclusion was deliberate.
The lawmaker has also continued to make posts in the favour of Tinubu.
Nnamani was on Wednesday, September 28 also listed in the PDP’s presidential campaign council of its candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
